Flex & Burn Fitness creator Gus Harris is a Certified Personal
Trainer, earned a Masters in Business from Marquette University and an
Economics degree from Carthage. He has been a Kenosha resident for over 20 years. After enduring 14 years in the fast paced corporate world, Gus decided it was time to end his stressful job and pursue what he believes he was created to do, helping people achieve their fitness goals and produce results. Gus is CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association and has a training model that allows for focus solely on your needs as a client; his training program comes from 10 years of experience, research and dedication to the art of shaping better bodies. You can count on Gus to deliver the best results.
Gus is an avid runner with marathon achievements and has a
strong background in personal training, boxing, soccer, track & field, self defense, biking
and body building. Clients appreciate his professionalism and personalized
approached to his training techniques. His training and fitness ethics are
transferred over to his everyday life and is describe by friends as “The Machine”.
